Zero-GST (Bonded) Warehouse
Zero-GST (Bonded) Warehouse
Housed under Supply Chain City, YCH has been awarded a pioneer license for the Zero GST (ZG) Warehouse Scheme. The scheme is an enhancement of the Bonded Warehouse Scheme (BWS), enabling customers to store imported non-dutiable goods with GST suspended.
Fully Goods-to-Person Warehouse
In a Goods-to-Person Warehouse, pickers remain at their workstations while a software-driven Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) retrieves, conveys and delivers required SKUs directly to the order picker’s workstation in a designated SKU donor tote or tray.
It uses a series of robots to move inventory shelves and pallets to the picking station, completely eliminating the need for pickers to move around, improving the accuracy of the picking, and reducing labour intensity. Compared to manual picking, the picking efficiency is improved by 2 to 3 times.

air-conditioning to provide a suitable storage environment for different kinds of

Cold Chain Warehouse
With a footprint of more than 13,500 m², our cold chain warehouse is considered to be one of the largest cold chain warehouses in Singapore. With temperatures between -23ºC to -18ºC, this fully halal, deep-frozen warehouse is able to store meat, poultry, fruits and vegetables.
It has also played an active role in building up the nation’s inventory of food and essential items while also ensuring supply chain diversification during the peak of the COVID pandemic.
